Patrick graduated from Wintec in 2022 with a degree in Physiotherapy, driven by a passion for improving patient well-being and recovery. Before becoming a physiotherapist, he built a strong foundation in personal training. His treatment approach is hands-on, incorporating techniques such as manual therapy, deep tissue massage, cupping, and dry needling to provide effective pain relief before transitioning patients to exercise therapy.
In 2024, Patrick returned home to Auckland from Waikato after completing his duties with his mentor’s clinic, where he worked closely with Maraes and sports teams, embracing a holistic approach to care. He has a strong interest in musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory and injury prevention for adolescence
Fluent in both English and Cantonese, Patrick enjoys running, going to the gym, and training others in Muay Thai kickboxing in his free time.
